Grimsdell, Mill Hill Pre-Prep, is an award-winning independent school for pupils aged 3-7. Set in leafy North London.
Welcome
Welcome to Grimsdell, Mill Hill Pre-Prep. Here is the beginning of your child's journey through Mill Hill. We are a warm and friendly school where kindness is at the heart of our ethos. Our vision is to ensure that all our pupils are equipped to thrive in life, now and in the future.
Having been awarded 'Pre-Prep School of the Year' in 2022, we pride ourselves on offering an exciting Creative Curriculum underpinned by academic rigour and high expectations for every child. Our pupils are inspired to learn whilst being encouraged to explore and enjoy their childhood. We keep our class sizes small and offer a wide range of after school clubs and activities, all designed to develop new interests and skills.
Outdoor Learning is a strong feature at Grimsdell across all subject areas, this allows our pupils to develop their key skills in an entirely natural and holistic way. Forest School is also deeply embedded within our curriculum. We are fortunate to be surrounded by vast green spaces and make extensive use of over 120 acres of Mill Hill Schools grounds.
