Meet Ms Trusha Patel, Year 1 Teacher and Science Coordinator. We were excited to sit down with her and learn more about her role and experience!

How long have you worked at the school?

I have been a part of Grimsdell for about 20 years.

What does your role involve?

I am a Year 1 Teacher and the Science Coordinator supporting science learning across the school.

What is the most rewarding moment you have experienced in your teaching career?

Seeing the children little faces light up when they achieve something they could not do before. Knowing that I helped that child to read and write, a life skill never to be forgotten.

Can you tell us something that we might not know about you?

I love walking and spending time with my own children. I love cooking and baking cakes.
