This year, we introduced a new award: the Grimsdell Badge. It recognises pupils who consistently live the Grimsdell Way through their attitude to learning and the way they contribute to school life.

The Grimsdell Way is built on kindness, resilience, determination and curiosity. Pupils who receive the Grimsdell Badge lead by example. They show excellent behaviour, treat others with care and respect, and are positive role models within our school community.

These pupils work hard to succeed but also take time to support and encourage others. They approach learning with enthusiasm, show determination when things are challenging, and take pride in their achievements and contributions.

The Grimsdell Badge is not easily earned. It reflects ongoing effort and a real commitment to being a positive, responsible member of our school. For this reason, it is a meaningful and highly valued award.
